China Rockfish

China Rockfish, Sebastes nebulosus

These attractive rockfish have two distinct colour phases. Starting out with yellow/orange vertical bands on brown and bright blue eyes, they transition into adults that are a dark blue/black with diagonal yellow stripe. They are usually found solitary, or in small groups, that stick to a limited area.
